I have been looking for a gadget bag to carry all the tech gadgets I use on a regular basis. I have an Ipad, a Kindle HD, an Iphone, a Galaxy Note 2, etc. Believe me I have tried many bags from back packs to man bags. There are times I just need my few trusty "everyday" items. Bags put strain on your shoulder, backpacks get bulky, so I was looking for something smaller and stylish that would take weight off the shoulder. I came across this bag by accident. The reviews were positive and at $19.99 I figured it was worth the risk. (It retails for $32 on SOLO's website). This bag was delivered quickly and impressed me when I opened it. It reminds me of an REI bag. The quality really stands out. Great padding to protect your Ipad. The Ipad fits even with some bulkier cases on it. I have a Targus Versavue 360, Twelve South Book Book, and Zagg case with built in keyboard. That compartment is comprised of a main area and then a "pouch" that the Ipad slides into. It has a velcro elastic piece that goes over the pouch to secure the Ipad place. There is no real padding inside, but the outer shell of the bag is pretty cushiony. You can fit extra cables in that compartment, or even an extra smaller tablet like a mini. For instance my Kindle Fire HD fits with the Ipad in there too. However, it isn't really big enough for bulky or boxy items. My mini Jambox fits, but doesn't slide all the way down to the bottom it's a little to boxy. The middle zipper pouch fits my Galaxy Note 2 with a case on it, and has room for gum, a wallet, or something small like that. I put a spare battery for my Note in there if needed. It has a bright yellow interior so it's easy to see items. The front compartment fits two pens/stylus, has a hook for keys, and fits earbuds, a charger, maybe a pair of sunglasses. Overall all of the compartments carry what i need. There is also a pouch made from neoprene on the strap to hold an Iphone. The strap pouch is sleek. If you don't put an item in it then the pouch just kind of disappears and blends in.The sling strap has a hook/clasp at the bottom so it can attach to either bottom side of the bag. This makes it very versatile. You can wear it across your body left to right or vice versa. You can also wear it over one shoulder like a traditional back pack. The strap has a latch in the middle so you can undo it quickly. The strap is a little wider than most bags, but it provides a very comfortable fit across the shoulder. There is a handle on the top of the bag which makes it easy to grab or hold on the go. There are three carabiner loops on the front pouch to attach items also. The bag looks slick and can be used for college, as a professional, for air travel, or just around town. I highly recommend this bag if you need something to carry your various tech gadgets in. Again at $19.99 you can't go wrong.Like peanut butter with jelly and cereal with milk, the new iPad Pro 11” goes good with the Zagg Slimbook Go keyboard case. So what is the dilemma you ask? How to transport said iPad and case without having to use a large backpack. Here is the Solo Active Sling. First off, let me answer the most obvious question: Yes, the iPad Pro 11” with the Zagg Slimbook Go case DOES fit inside the sleeve in this sling. Barely though. It is a tight fit, but still fits. There is also a Velcro strap in place to prevent the iPad from shifting around. Honestly though, the fit is so tight, it’s not even needed. The build quality is really good. It feels durable enough to throw around, and the stitchings are hidden and feel strong. It’s not advertised as waterproof, but I have been caught in the rain with it. I got home with everything still bone dry inside. Granted, it wasn’t a downpour. It also has a handle right at the top of the strap that I like. I feared over time it would begin to sag, seeing as I grab it forcefully many times by the handle. Not the case (no pun intended). It still looks and feels like the day I bought it. My only gripe with the shoulder strap, and it’s me nitpicking, is I don’t like the positioning of it at the bottom. It’s not centered. That could be just my OCD talking. There are 3 pockets. The large one where the iPad goes in, and 2 other smaller ones. The large one is where the iPad sleeve portion is located as well. Even with the iPad in, you can still fit a small notepad, or even a second iPad inside. It is more roomy than you may actually think. The smaller pockets are perfect for holding chargers, keys, pens, power bricks, etc.So to wrap up, this is my favorite compact bag I’ve purchased. It feels as if it was specifically made for the iPad Pro 11” with the Zagg keyboard case. Pockets are perfectly sized. I wish the shoulder strap was centered, but not a deal breaker. Some different color options would also be nice. Aside from that, I have nothing bad to say. I will be using this sling everyday until the strap falls off!Great compact bag. Got this to replace theFREEMASTER Chest Backpack Sling Bag, which turned out to be crap, as it barely lasted 6 month. This bag looks well built, and nice waterproof fabric. More importantly, the zippers look stronger. Nice padding, and all the hardware, although plastic, looks sturdy and strong enough for daily duty. Bag is on the thinner side, so putting in an ipad, and wallet, credit card holder, pretty much fills the bag. Adding my cigar humidor makes things tight. There is less volume to this bag than the Freemaster Sling bag. This bag loses 1 star because the strap to too short. I am not tall (5'7") and average build. I have a 46 inch chest, and the strap has to be right to the end otherwise the bag has a tough time going over to be worn across the body. If you are just going over one shoulder, then it should be fine. This sling bag replaces my side bag I had for years. Looks like it is a good replacement. It is not huge like some back packs but holds everything I need for being out and aboutdaily. The slit pocket holds medications and outside pocket holds my 5.5 inch phone.andglass cleaner. The main area holds my vaping supplies, power bank wallet keys and stillhas a bit of room for cereal bars. I used a small packing cube for my power bank and allmy cables so they won't be all over the place. I also carry my ipad mini sometimes as well. It looks durable and comes with a five year limited warranty. A great deal for the price andwould recommend it to a friend. It is not for carrying large quantities of objects. If you ever had a sling that you where looking at out of the corner of your eye thinking...mmm.. that could be better if...X. I am one of those people, and in this case the Solo covers X for me. I am using it to hold my passport, Nexus, iPad Air and a Apple Aluminum keyboard, a stylus (Jot Pro) two charging cables, campus iPad holder and a couple other small things and it's perfect. It is NOT a brief case and not meant for that. But it has a fairly good amount of protection, and the pocket for the iPad allows me to store it inside a sleeve as well (made by Acme). It's awesome for what I wanted.La descripción que pudiera realizar es superada por mucho de la realidad. Una gran mochila. La uso con un iPad de 11 pulgadas en una funda Spigen. Resistente y versátil. De materiales de muy buena calidad. Ojalá hubiera una opción para un iPad de 12 pulgadas del mismo diseño.
