Loved this thing SOOOO much and it looks awesome in the yard. I can't say anything bad about it........ until I saw that it needed to be refilled. And then I started laughing so hard. The squirrels had absolutely destroyed the base. They chewed the ridge of the nylon and it was all screwed up. One this fiasco was understood, I watched the birds land on the top and the glass, when not filled pretty much completely, would rock back and forth. A couple of decently-large O-rings solved that problem perfectly.... should be standard issue from the manufacturer, but seriously?.... what comes ready to go anymore? Anyway... the look is cool... but make an M&M dispenser for the kids since they are less prone to eat the plastic base. Aside from that, it's awesome. I use my glass as a planter now and still love it since I couldn't get a replacement base from Eva Solo.
