A book of simplified arrangements can be a disappointment. Obviously the original arrangement is lost. But are the key bits retained. Are the clashes and interesting harmonies preserved. Have any boring chords been inserted. This book of arrangements is totally pleasing. Great care has gone into preserving the interest of the original, but with fewer notes. and sometimes easier keys. Totally recommended. A bit pricey and NO cheap used ones are coming on the market.
